Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

This policy governs all purchases made through the ACE Cells Lab website. By completing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Nature of Our Products

ACE Cells Lab products (including peptide- and stem-cell–derived formulations) require continuous refrigerated storage (cold chain) from manufacturing until delivery. Therefore:

• Product safety and efficacy cannot be guaranteed once the product leaves our controlled storage and delivery process
• We cannot verify storage conditions after delivery

General Policy

ACE Cells Lab does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery, except in the cases listed below, in order to protect customer health and the scientific integrity of the product.

Exceptions

• The product arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal
• A different product than ordered was shipped
• A clear manufacturing defect is present before the product is opened

Claim Requirements

• Record a video of unboxing at the time of delivery, or photograph the product immediately upon receipt
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
• Provide the order number with supporting evidence

Cases Not Accepted

• Claims submitted after 24 hours
• Opened or used packaging
• No proof of the product’s condition at delivery
• Issues caused by improper customer storage after delivery

Refund Process

Approved claims are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.
